U.K.-based London & Regional
Properties, the Qatar Investment Authority and Israel’s Gazit-
Globe Ltd. and Elbit Systems Ltd (ESLT) are among the nine groups that
expressed interest in Greece’s Hellenikon SA, Ta Nea said.
The other groups interested in buying Hellenikon SA, which
will develop and exploit the site of the former Athens
International Airport, are Greece’s Lamda Development SA (LAMDA), a
Spanish real-estate company, a venture made up of Cypriot
interests, another Qatari fund and Trump Organization Inc., the
Athens-based newspaper reported today, without citing anyone.
